Irma "Penny" Riggen
88, of Speedway, passed away August 1, 2011. Penny retired from AT&T Corporation. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles V. (Chuck) Riggen and her daughter, Chris Ann Minnick. She is survived by her daughter, Carol (Silvan) Rathz; brother, Lester "Pete" Myers; 2 grandsons, Dan (Susan) Davidson and Jeff (Jacki) Riggen; 6 great grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren. There will be no funeral services. The family wishes to express their gratitude to the staff at IU Health West (Clarian West). Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, entrusted with arrangements.
