44, Franklin, passed away on January 13, 2023. He was a shipping clerk for MaxLite. Jacob was preceded in death by his parents David and Judith Perry; nephew Matthew Chambers. Survivors include his sisters Jennifer (Rick) Chambers, Jennelle (Chris) Weatherford; brother David Joe (Marie) Perry; 10 nieces and nephews; 2 great nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 4 pm to 6 pm Tues. Jan. 17 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, with funeral services there at 6 pm.
