James Edward Joseph, 75, Jamestown, passed away on April 3, 2017. He was a bus driver for Edward Busing for 30 years and former fire chief, town marshal and deputy marshal of Lizton, IN. He was a member of the Hendricks County Tractor Club and the 2 Cylinder Engine Club. James was preceded in death by his parents Oscar and Ruth Joseph; sister Donna Mae Boone; step daughter Elizabeth Evans. Survivors include his wife Jeanie Moore; children Jon (Lori) Joseph, Pam (Rick) Luke; step son Shawn Moore; 11 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Visitation will be from 4-7 pm Wed. Apr. 5 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, with funeral services there on Thurs. Apr. 6 at 10 am. Contributions may be made to the Lizton Fire Department. Burial will be in Lizton K of P Cemetery.
