James L. Reid, 91, Indianapolis, passed away on Aug. 20, 2017. He was a member of the Local 60 Union where he worked as a Union carpenter for over 50 years. He was preceded in death by his wife Opal Reid and son Randy Reid. Survivors include his children Joanne (Douglas) Lang, Jerry (Carol) Reid, Keith (Gail) Reid; sisters Glenda Yancey, Carolyn Coughlin, Janice Lamb; 9 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; 5 great great grandchildren. Visitation will be from 10 am-12 noon Sat. Aug. 26 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, with funeral services there at 12 noon. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Red Cross. Entombment will be in Floral Park Cemetery.
