Jan M. Pecar (Pace)

Danville, Indiana went home to be with Jesus on November 21, 2023 at age 66. Jan was born on May 11, 1957 to Rose and David Pace in Elwood, IN. After graduating high school, she attended St. Elizabeth School of Nursing where she obtained her nursing degree. She was a loving and dedicated Registered Nurse for over 36 years.

Jan had an amazing zest for life. She loved her family and friends fiercely. She was a wonderful wife, mother, daughter, sister, grandmother, sister-in-law, aunt, and friend. Jan enjoyed going on vacations to Myrtle Beach, Madison, IN, and her family clubhouse. She loved playing games with her siblings and grandchildren. Jan would light up a room and had a laugh that was truly contagious!

Jan was preceded in death by her son Matt (Kristen), father David, and other family and friends. She is survived by her husband Bob, daughters Kristi (Ryan) and Kim, mother Rose, siblings Andy (Sherry), Kathy (Larry), David (Rhonda), Chris, and Ron (Ann), as well as her grandchildren, nieces and nephews, various other family members, and wonderful friends.

Calling will be held at Mary Queen of Peace in Danville, IN on December 4, 2023 from 10am to 12 noon with funeral mass at 12:00 noon.
