Janet June Apple

81, Plainfield, passed away on August 5, 2025.  Janet was a receptionist for Dick's Sporting Goods in their distribution center for many years.  She lived a vibrant life filled with love, kindness, and a fun-loving spirit.  Janet touched many hearts and will be deeply missed.  Her spirit will forever be in the hearts of those that loved and knew her.  Janet was preceded in death by her son David Trout; parents Harold and June Trout; brother Larry Trout; sister Beverly Tuttle.  Survivors include her husband Larry "Mike" Apple; daughter Karen (Brady) Sweeney; brother Garold (Angie) Trout; sister Rita Logan; grandchildren Emily Trout, Madelyn Trout, Hannah Trout, Jake Sweeney, Zachary Sweeney, Jack Sweeney; great granddaughter Eleanor Miller.  Visitation will be from 11 am to 1 pm Thurs. Aug. 7 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, with funeral services there at 1 pm.  Burial will be in Brownsburg Cemetery.
