Janet Lynn (Caporaletti) Lewis, age 69, passed away peacefully at home Monday, November 29, 2021 in Brownsburg, IN.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Julius and Mary June (Ridley) Caporaletti. She is survived by her husband, Grant Lewis; her brothers, David and Gregory Caporaletti; her son Jeremiah (Jesse) Lewis; and grandchildren Ender, Calvin Julius and Hollyn.

She was born September 13, 1952 in Alexandria, VA. She was a graduate of Fort Hunt High School in Alexandria. She was a long-time employee of Future Farmers of America (FFA), serving in many capacities throughout her time there, most extensively as the Order Fulfillment Call Center supervisor.

She loved the beach, especially Ocean City, MD; giving gifts; and her grandchildren. She always had a big smile for her friends and family and a contagious laugh. She will be deeply missed.
