Janice Irene Martin

82, of Brownsburg, passed away peacefully on November 2nd, 2026. Janice was born in Oakland City, IN to her parents John and Reva (Lamb) Kell on July 2nd, 1944. Throughout her adulthood, Janice worked as a dedicated administrative assistant for Hardware Distribution for over 10 years. More recently, Janice has been a longtime member of St. Malachy Catholic Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, as well as her husband Ronald Martin in 2002. Janice is survived by her children Tim (Lisa) Martin, Christy Martin, David (Lisa) Martin, and Cheryl (Scott) Webb; brother Mike (Laurie) Kell; sister Martha Jo (Ron) Carpenter; 9 cherished grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.

Visitation will held from 10 am to 12 noon on Thursday, November 5th at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg. A funeral mass will follow at 12:30 pm at St. Malachy Catholic Church, 9833 East County Road 750 North, Brownsburg, IN. Janice will then be laid to rest in St. Malachy Cemetery West.
