Janice Soots, 82, of Indianapolis, passed away on February 18, 2016. She was a member of Crosspointe Baptist Church, Indianapolis. She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Harold W. Soots; children William (Sylvia) Miller, David (Becki) Miller, Wesley Ray Soots, Eva (Al) Engelmann; sister Romaine (Malcolm) Mitchell, 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Visitation will be from 10 am to 12 Noon Wed. Feb. 24 in Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, with funeral services there at 12 Noon. Contributions may be made to Crosspointe Baptist Church or The Wounded Warrior Project at www.woundedwarriorproject.org Burial will be in West Ridge Park Cemetery.
