Jeffrey W. Scott, 65, Pittsboro, passed away April 18, 2016. He had been a police officer for Brownsburg Police Department, retiring in 2011. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Police and the Journey Church. Survivors include his wife Sheila Scott; children Ann Wathen, John Scott and Matthew Scott; sisters Janice Ratz and Jill Slusser; five grandchildren. Memorial services will be at 1pm Friday April 22 at the Journey Church. Interment will be in Old Union Cemetery, Jamestown.
