Joe Carl J. Pemberton
age 67, Brownsburg, passed away on March 19, 2012. He had been an employee of Union Carbide. He was a member of Clermont Christian Church, Speedway Masonic Lodge, and Indianapolis Scottish Rite. He was preceded in death by son Kerry Pemberton and daughter Laura Figley. A loving husband and father, he was survived by his wife Lyn Pemberton; children Tammy Gardner, Terry Pemberton, Robert McBride, Richard McBride, and Carolyn Lawson; sister Connie Buster; grandchildren Nikki Pemberton, Travis Pemberton, Jeremy McBride, and Ashley Rikeman; great grandchildren Ava McBride and Benjamin Pemberton. Visitation will be from 4-8pm Thurs. March 22 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, with funeral services there at 11am Fri. March 23. Burial will be at Lincoln Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Clermont Christian Church, PO Box 34136, Indianapolis, IN 46234.
