John "Fred" Clossey
age 69, Lebanon, passed away Sept. 20, 2011. He had been a firefighter with the Indianapolis Fire Dept. for 28 years, retiring in 1998. He was a member of Mt. Tabor Baptist Church, Fayette, and was a US Marine Corps Veteran. He is survived by his wife Cindy King Clossey; daughters Nikki Click and Nina (David) Mansfield; sister Sharon (Ken) Cross; grandchildren John, Michael and Paul Mansfield, and Nicholas Click; several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 4-8pm Fri. Sept. 23 at the Mt. Tabor Baptist Church, with funeral services there at 10am Sat. Sept. 24. Entombment will be at Forest Lawn Cemetery. Contributions may be made to Mt. Tabor Baptist Church Mission Fund or the Indianapolis Fire Dept. Museum. Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, entrusted with arrangements.
