John David Truax
92, Brownsburg, passed away August 27, 2022. John was a US Navy veteran. He retired in 1984 from Esterline Angus as a department supervisor after 30 years. John was preceded in death by his wife Betty Truax, daughter Penny Earl and grandson Drew DeWeese. John is survived by his son Tracy Truax (wife Mary Ann), granddaughter Nicole Johnson; great grandchildren Ethan Johnson and Landon Johnson. Visitation will be from 11am to 1pm Thursday Sept. 1 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, with funeral services there at 1pm. Burial will follow in Lincoln Memory Gardens.
