John A. Wassen
44, Brownsburg, passed away Sat., Jan.29, 2011. He was a member of Connection Pointe Christian Church. John enjoyed photography, golfing, riding motorcycles and was an avid Colts and IRL fan. After being involved in a spinal cord injury they created the SCI Hope Fund through Hendricks County Community Foundation to assist individuals who have spinal cord injuries. The family wishes that memorial contributions be made to the fund. John was an organ donor. Survivors include his wife, Tammie Wassen, children, Alexandra and Samantha Wassen; brothers, Robert and James Wassen and sisters Cathleen Lahne and Deborah Ricketts. Calling will be from 2-4 pm Friday Feb. 4th at Connection Pointe Christian Church with Memorial Services to follow at 4pm. Arrangements intrusted to Matthews Mortuary, Inc., Brownsburg, Indiana.
