Jon R. Burket, 55 Pittsboro, passed away, Tuesday, October 14, 2014. He was born April 1, 1959 in Martinsville, Indiana, Son of Robert L. Burkett and Lois Jane (Watkins) Burkett. He was a member of Mt. Tabor Primitive Baptist Church. Surviving are his wife, Mary Burket; mother, Lois Jane Watkins Burkett, daughters, Ashley and Kelsey Burket, son, Ian Burket, brothers, Mark and David Burkett, and sister, Susanna Chenoweth. He was preceded in death by his father. A memorial service will be held in Mt. Tabor Primitive Baptist Church located north of Fayette (7028 S. SR 267 Lebanon, IN.) Saturday, October 18, 2014 at 11am with calling there from 9:30am. Interment will follow in Danville South Cemetery, Danville, Indiana.
