89, Lebanon, passed away March 31, 2016. She had been an LPN for 20 years and was a member of Hope Community Church, Lebanon. She was preceded in death by her husband Howard Truax. She is survived by her son Charles Truax; daughter Trudy McAllister; 6 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 11 great great grandchildren. Visitation will be from 3-7pm Mon. April 4 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, with funeral services there at 10am Tues. April 5. Burial will be in Brownsburg Cemetery.
