54, Brownsburg, passed away Feb. 4, 2016. She had been a cook for Brownsburg Health Care. Survivors include mother Linda City; sons Cody Ellis, Chance Ellis, and Cole Ellis; brother Richard Purkiser; sisters Eve Swartzentruber and Erica Young; granddaughter Rory Ellis. Visitation will be from 10am to 12 noon Mon. Feb. 8, 2016 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, with funeral services there at 12 noon. Burial will be in Brownsburg Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to American Cancer Society. www.cancer.org
