Kenneth E. Rahe 84, Indianapolis, died Jan. 8, 2011. He was a WWII Navy Veteran serving in the Pacific on a motor torpedo boat and served in Naval Reserves from 1948-53. He retired from Champion Sparkplug in 1985, after 31 years. He was a 50 year member of the Masonic Lodge, Scottish Rite, and Murat Shrine; Shrine 500 Club; Life member of VFW; and American Legion. He was preceded in death by his wife Katherine Rahe. Survivors include children Vicki Christ, Charles Cannon, and Dennis Cannon; brother Edward Rahe; grandchildren Shawn and Bryan Christ, Kimberly George, and Leslie, Christopher, Micah and Wesley Cannon; great grandchildren Alex, Brendon, and Brooke Christ, and Nicholas Cannon; nieces Jackie and Jenny; cousin Sharon Wright. Funeral services will be 10am Thurs. Jan. 13 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, with visitation there from 4-8pm Wed. Jan. 12. Burial will be at Lizton K of P Cemetery.
