47, passed away on April 23, 2015. He was President and co-owner of Silver Creek Engineering. He was a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Men's Club at Pittsboro Golf Course. Kevin was preceded in death by his stepfather Richard Rumage. Kevin is survived by his wife, Teresa Hazel; son Nick Hazel, daughter Kimmy Hazel, son Josh Mead; father Willard (Janice) Hazel; mother Shirley Rumage; brothers Doug Hazel and Jack Rumage.
