Larry S. Doane

76, Reelsville, passed away on Oct. 10, 2025.  Larry was a member of the Brazil American Legion and VFW.  He owned and operated All American Carpet Care for many years.  He was a proud Marine, serving in the Vietnam War.  He enjoyed camping, telling corny jokes, and the joy of his life was spending time with his grandchildren.  Larry was preceded in death by his father Orvel Doane; mother Mary Jane Harrison; sisters Debbie Adams, Susan Sadler.  Survivors include his wife Janice Doane; children Christine (Corey) Leonard, Kelly Verel, Brian Doane, Jessica (Jake) Wagner; sisters Tommie (Brett) Gribble, Sherry Doane, Vicki Branch, Judy Freeman; grandchildren Dylan, Daniel, Lexi, Layla, Jacob, Raelynn, Jack, Ben, Cameron, Luke, Addie; great grandchildren Emma, Eric, and Alessandra.  Visitation will be from 11 am to 1 pm Thurs. Oct. 16 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, with funeral services there at 1 pm.  Burial will be in Lincoln Memory Gardens.
