Larry F. Rambis

75, Lizton, passed away on May 3, 2018.  He was born to Frank and Elizabeth Rambis on Sept. 16, 1942 in Shelburn, IN.  Larry was the Superintendent of Northwest Hendricks School Corporation for 23 years.  He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Edward Rambis.  Survivors include his wife Linda Rambis; daughters Sherri (Eddie) Ganucheau, Kristi Rambis, Gerri Rambis; sister Joan (Gerald) Smith; grandchildren Christopher Ganucheau, Garrett (Megan) Ganucheau and Rhori Rambis.  Visitation will be from 4-8 pm Mon. May 14 at the Tri-West Gymnasium, 7883 N. SR 39, Lizton, IN 46149.  Please enter through Door 5.  Funeral services will be 10am Tues. May 15 at St. Malachy Catholic Church, 9833 E. CR 750N, Brownsburg, IN 46112 with a graveside service following at 2 pm in Center Ridge Cemetery, 704 W. Johnson St., Sullivan, IN  47882.  In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Pittsboro One Room School House or to the Larry F. Rambis Scholarship Fund c/o State Bank of Lizton.
