Leroy Carl Simpson
Brownsburg, passed away on June 24, 2018 at the age of 90 at home where he was lovingly being cared for. He was born June 21, 1928 to Ethel and Harold Simpson in Indianapolis, IN. He is survived by daughter Noretta Gaynell Pierson; sister Carole May Hammack; loving granddaughter Monica Lee Washburn; nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife Barbara May Simpson; daughter Linda Lee Riley; brothers Leonard and Danny Simpson. He was an electrician for 37 years for IBEW 481 retiring in 1990. He liked to go to casinos. He was a person who could fix and do anything who liked to work on his yard and house and did until 88 years old. He will be missed by all who loved him. Visitation will be from 11 am to 1 pm Thurs. June 28 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, with funeral services there at 1 pm. Burial will be in Lincoln Memory Gardens.
