Lora R. Shockley-Hayward

53, Lizton, passed away September 11, 2021.  She had been a lifelong resident of Brownsburg and graduated from Brownsburg High School.  She received her associate degree as a licensed practical nurse from Ivy Tech and worked in several health care facilities in the area, the most recent being Wellbrooke of Avon.  She was preceded in death by her father Larry Shockley.  Lora is survived by her daughter Kaitlyn Foley, mother Linda Shockley; fiancé Andrew Billhymer; brother Lance Shockley (Bobbi Jo); sister Cindy Shockley Hadley (Kyle); niece and nephews Sierra Shockley, Cody Shockley and Camden Hadley.  Visitation will be from 4-7pm Wed. September 15 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, with funeral services there at 10am Thursday September 16.  Burial will follow in Brownsburg Cemetery.
