Loreen Ann (Lasko) Arnett, "Toni" was born in Joliet, Illinois on December 6, 1945 to Leo Lasko and Catherine (Murnick) Lasko. She was raised in Pana, Illinois along with her three sisters. She attended Sacred Heart School and graduated from Pana Senior High School. She went on to cosmetology school and worked as a hair stylist before marrying her husband, James K. Arnett in 1964. They moved to Brownsburg, Indiana, and raised their three children there.
Toni was a very artistic and crafty person. She liked to paint, crochet, knit, and even made ceramic dolls. She had several dogs over the years and loved them all. This past spring, she adopted two miniature horses from an animal rescue and loved on them until she could no longer go to the barn. She cared very much about animals.
Toni is survived by her husband, James, daughters, Becky Arnett, and Jackie Arnett, and sisters Pat Hunter and Sandy Colin. She was preceded in death by her parents, her son, James Christopher Arnett, and her sister, Sharon Saner.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer donations be made in Toni's name to either Heaven After Hell Animal Rescue, Indianapolis, IN www.heavenafterhellrescue.org or Heart of Phoenix Equine Rescue, Huntington, West Virginia www.wvhorserescue.org Private graveside services will be held at Calvary Cemetery in Pana, IL.
