Lowell Ellis Wing, 82, Brownsburg and Spring Hill, FL, passed away July 16, 2017. He was born to Oren and Evelyn (Weber) Wing who preceded him in death. Lowell was a local milkman for Hornaday Milk Co. and then Roberts Dairy. He also managed the Brownsburg Dairy Queen during this time. He got into the real estate business in 1962 and later founded Wing Real Estate Company in Brownsburg. He was a prominent business leader in the community until 1989 when he retired. He was long-time member of Bethesda Baptist Church where he served in different areas of ministry over the years and a long-time attender of Spring Hill Baptist Church, Spring Hill, FL. He was also preceded in death by a brother Lawrence (Betty) Wing. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Shirley Lady Wing; son Russell (Kathy) Wing, Lake Park, NC; daughter Elayne (Rick) Goodman, Brownsburg; grandsons Bradley (Barbara), Cory (Kristin) and Tony (Abby); granddaughter Allison (Steve) Stock; four great grandchildren; brother Lavern Wing; sisters Marjorie Waggoner, Jenny Preston and Patsy (Jim) Marshall. Visitation will be from 11am to 1pm Friday July 21 at Bethesda Baptist Church, with funeral services there at 1pm. Burial will be in Bethesda Cemetery.
