Luauna Faye Shaffer

70, Pittsboro, passed away December 29, 2021.  A lifelong resident of Pittsboro, she had been a receptionist for American Health Network, Brownsburg, for 15 years.  Her parents Luther and Mary Ann Johnson, brother David Johnson, sister-in-law Vickie Johnson, and niece Adrianne Biorkman preceded her in death.  A loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister, she is survived by her husband Marlon Shaffer; children Allen (Abby Anders) and Anna Kimmel (Donnie); brother Terry Johnson; grandchildren Jolene Faye Kimmel and Waylon Ray Kimmel; nephews Matthew Johnson, Paul Adam Shaffer (Emily) and Douglas Ruble (Jodi); nieces Missie Johnson and Leah McMahon.  Visitation will be from 4-7pm Tuesday January 4 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, with funeral services there at 10am Wednesday January 5.  Burial will follow at Lizton K of P Cemetery.
