Lula Belle Swift

87, Avon, passed away August 25, 2023.  She had worked at Hendricks Regional Health in Danville as a nurse's aide and in the business office, retiring in 1988 after 22 years.  She married Albert Swift April 4, 1953 and they were married 67 years.  She was preceded in death by her husband Albert Swift, parents Frederick and Clarena Everts, daughter Kathy Lippincott, and grandson Andrew Swift.  Survivors include children Merrit Swift (wife Dawn), Kim Tekulve (husband Randy), Victor Swift (wife Candi) and Gail Brown (husband Phil); sisters Audrey Foster and Freda Hutchenson; brothers Ricky Everts and Stanley Everts; grandchildren Jonathan Swift, Rebekah Pyne, Jennifer Swift, Heather Hooker, Abigail Tacker, David Tekulve, Stacy Enderle and Timothy Brown; twelve great grandchildren.  Visitation will be from 10am to 12pm Wednesday August 30 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, with funeral services there at 12pm.  Burial will be in Brownsburg Cemetery.
