Margaret "Peggy" Werz

76, Avon, passed away on May 24, 2023.  Peggy enjoyed traveling, crafts, and playing cards.  She retired from CMC in Evansville, Indiana.  She was a loving and beloved mother, grandmother, wife, and friend who was optimistic, cheerful, and enjoyed spending her time with family and friends.  She made friends wherever she went.  Peggy donated her talents by leading girl scouts and serving as president of Paris Landing Senior Citizen's Center.  Peggy was preceded in death by her husband, Darwin Werz; her parents, Orville and Mildred (Purdy) Manley; her siblings, Jack Manley, Pat Kemp Harlow, Bob Walters, and Marilyn Salgado.  She is survived by her daughter Cyndi Jones; grandchildren, Tony Brown (Perla) and Creed Jones; great grandchildren Sofia Brown and Noah Brown; several nieces and nephews.  Memorial contributions can be made to the Hendricks County Senior Center, 1201 Sycamore Lane, Danville, IN 46122 or the Paris Landing Senior Citizen's Center, 15616 Hwy 79 N., Suite A, Buchanan, TN 38222.
