96, Brownsburg, passed away May 5, 2011. She had been an executive secretary for the Department of Defense and was a member of Pittsboro Christian Church. Her husband Charles Schenck preceded her in death. A loving mother and grandmother, she is survived by son Charles Schenck and grandson Hans Schenck. Funeral services will be 1pm Mon. May 9 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, with visitation there from 11am to 1pm. Burial will be at Brownsburg Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Pittsboro Christian Church.
