Marjorie F. Townsley (Billhimer)

Marjorie "Margie" Townsley, 54, of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away on July 31, 2025. She was born April 18, 1971, in Indianapolis to the late Richard and Linda Billhimer.

Margie was a devoted mother and grandmother whose life's focus was being the best mother she could be. She is survived by her children, Troy Hardister, Bryan Hardister, and Stephanie Townsley, and by her beloved grandchildren, Braylinn, Tristen, Easton, and Blakely Hardister.

She worked for many years in the restaurant industry and carried a true passion for cooking. Outside of work, she enjoyed watching movies, knitting, listening to music, and most of all, spending time with her family. Margie had a warm, welcoming spirit—she could strike up a conversation with anyone and often walked away having made a new friend.

Margie was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Townsley, and her parents, Richard and Linda Billhimer.

She will be deeply missed, and the love she has shown will live forever in the hearts of those who knew her.

At this time, no funeral services are planned. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
