Mary Lois Ferree
Age 84, Brownsburg, entered into eternal rest Oct. 29, 2013, surrounded by her daughters. She had been a bartender for the Brownsburg and Danville American Legions and she was a lifetime member of the Brownsburg American Legion Auxiliary. Her husband William Ferree preceded her in death. Survivors include her daughters Adele (Steve) Ferree Byrd, Yvonne (Ray) Ledington, Nancy (Dick) Wisker, and Lisa Ferree; grandchildren Erin, Crista and Samantha Ledington, Shelley Wisker, Donald (Rachael), Kevin and Sarah Byrd; great grandchildren Emma Johnson, Olivia Smith, and Harper Byrd; 5 brothers and 4 sisters. Visitation will be 4-8pm Thurs. Oct. 31 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg with funeral services there at 12pm Friday Nov. 1 with visitation one hour prior to services. Burial will be at St. Malachy Cemetery, Brownsburg.
