Mary Louise Kelly

90, Ladoga, passed away July 5, 2024.  She was born March 18, 1934 to Catherine Grider and Leon Myers.  Mary graduated from Shortridge High School in 1952 and then attended nursing school at Marion County General Hospital.  During high school she worked at the McAffy Candy Factory and later worked at Indiana Bell Telephone, RR Donnelly and the Burnett Store.   She married Charles Richard Kelly on October 1, 1954.  She had been married 59 ½ years, when Charles passed away in July 2013.  She was a member of Whitesville Christian Church and a 50 year member of the Roachdale Order of Easter Star.  Mary was preceded in death by her parents Leon and Catherine Myers, husband Charles Richard Kelly, children Brad Kelly, Kathy Busenbark, David Kelly, and a great grandson Miles Busenbark.  Survivors include grandchildren Kelli Wiley, Jake Kelly, Jessica Pirtle, Derick Busenbark, Kyle Busenbark, Rebekah Kelly and Malachi Kelly; 12 great grandchildren.  Graveside services will be at 1pm Tuesday July 9 at the Ladoga Cemetery, Ladoga, Indiana.
