Mary Elizabeth Kovac
87, of Indianapolis, passed away peacefully on March 6th, 2026. Mary was born in Binghamton, New York to her parents Charles and Elizabeth Slacik on March 15th, 1938.
Mary earned an associate's degree before going on to work in retail at many different establishments throughout her professional career. She was also a longtime member of St. Malachy Catholic Church in Brownsburg, Indiana.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents, as well as her beloved husband Richard Kovac in 2000. She is survived by her children Stephen Kovac, Michael (Anna) Kovac, and Elizabeth (Kathy) Kovac; sister Patricia Cohn.
Family and friends will honor Mary's life privately at a later date.
