Mary Charity Ramsey
77, of Plainfield, IN passed away peacefully on January 3rd, 2026. Mary served her community as a proud babysitter for over 20 years. She was also a familiar face behind the counter of Brownsburg's Ram-Z Music store for many years. Mary was preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Edna, as well as her beloved husband Gerald Ramsey. She is survived by her children Tony (Crystal) Ramsey, Tonya (Mike) Wood, and Elizabeth (John) Streicher, along with her many grandchildren: Blake, Brianne, Kaleigh, William, Cyan (Jake), Morgan, London, Jaydon, Zoey, Brady, Cameron, Lilly, and Christina.
Visitation will take place from 12 noon to 2 pm on Tuesday, January 13th at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, with funeral services to follow at 2:30pm. Mary will then be laid to rest next to her husband in Bethesda Cemetery.
