Melissa "Lisa" K. Beninger
63, Pittsboro, passed away May 4, 2021. Lisa loved doing puzzles of all kinds and enjoyed working with young people and planning activities for them. She enjoyed antiquing and had a passion for cooking and enjoyed trying new recipes for her family. She retired from the Brownsburg Parks Department as the coordinator in charge of before and after school programs. Lisa is survived by her husband David Beninger; children Lindsay Beninger and Justin Beninger (wife Jamie); brother Kelly Bearl; sister Jodie Braun; a granddaughter Jessie Beninger. There will be a memorial visitation from 4-6pm Thursday May 13 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg.
