Merelene Bell
83, Plainfield, passed away March 19, 2018. She had been an operator for Indiana Bell Telephone and a pharmacy technician for Marsh Pharmacies and was a member of Pittsboro Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband John M. Bell and daughter Patricia Parham. Survivors include children John B. Bell, Lynda (Ray) Wooden and Jeanette (Mark) Miller; sisters Mary Hicks and Joann Chemin; 7 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. Visitation will be from 10 to 11am Thursday March 22 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, with funeral services there at 11am. Burial will be in Brownsburg Cemetery.
