Michael (Mickey) James Kalsek Sr.
77, Avon, passed away on February 12, 2024.
He was born in Pittsburgh, PA in 1946 to Rose and Louis Kalsek. He served in the Air Force before attending Robert Morris University to study accounting. He utilized his degree while working for numerous automobile companies and finishing his career at the BMV.

Mickey enjoyed collecting coins, following his Pittsburgh sports teams, and nicknaming his family.

Mickey was preceded in death by Rose and Louis Kalsek, and his sister Jackie Staude. He is survived by his wife Mary Lynn Kalsek, daughter Tracy and husband Bill McKee, and sons Brian and Michael. He is also survived by his grandchildren Delaney (Rosa), Emma (Chewbacca), Austin (Meatball), Parker (Nucci), and Riley (Dominator) and sisters Cathy Kalsek, Rose (Dolly) Bryan, Leslie Wroniak, Diane (Dee Dee) Slaven, Lynn Eva and Barb Kalsek.

Memorial visitation will be from 9 am to 11 am Tues. Feb. 20 at St. Christopher Catholic Church, Speedway, with memorial mass at 11 am.
