21, Brownsburg, passed away Aug. 28, 2015. Michael was a member of Connection Pointe Christian Church. He had completed one year at Calvin College (MI) where he was active in the Jazz Club. He is survived by his parents Steven and Melissa Thompson; brother Matthew Thompson; grandparents Charles and Nancy Thompson; aunt and uncle Deanna and Steve English; cousins Elise and Elaine English; uncle and aunt Paul and Mary Alford; cousins Kelsey and Sarah Alford. Visitation will be from 4-7pm Tues. Sept. 1 at Connection Pointe Christian Church, Brownsburg, with funeral services there at 10am Wed. Sept. 2. Burial will be in Sparks Cemetery, Pittsboro. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Connection Pointe Christian Church Building Fund or Cook Library Center, 644 Grandville Ave. SW, Grand Rapids, MI 49503
