Mildred M. Brackett

97, Avon, passed away on January 25, 2022.  She was a member of Connection Pointe Christian Church.  Mildred was a bookkeeper for Blanck Chevrolet and a clerk for the State Board of Health for many years.  She was preceded in death by her husband Byron Brackett; son Daniel Brackett.  Survivors include her daughter Karen Mundy; brother William Mattox; grandchildren Jeff Mundy, Kate Flannigan, Jennifer Schafer; great grandchildren Byron Mundy, Jake Flannigan, Averie Flannigan, Rowan Flannigan, Isabella Schafer, Coltin Schafer; nephews Kent Lockwood, Brent Stelzel, Mike Mattox, Bob Mattox, John Mattox, Matt Mattox; nieces Diana Thompkins, Brenda Lamb, Ann Huntoon, Kate De Costa; great nieces Kari Clevenger, Desire Crawley; great nephews Ryan Lockwood, Kyle Stelzel and Zachary Stelzel.  Visitation will be from 10 am to 12 pm Tues. Feb. 1 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, with funeral services at 12 pm.  Entombment will be in Lincoln Memory Gardens.
