Milton O. Hatleli

89, Avon, passed away August 17, 2022.  Milton was born January 3, 1933 in Albert Lea Minnesota. He was a member of Messiah Lutheran Church.  He was the Past Master of the Brownsburg Masonic Lodge, a member of the Indianapolis Scottish Rite, Murat Temple Shrine, member and pipe major with the Murat Highlander Bagpipe Band, Brownsburg American Legion Post 331, and the Royal Order of Scotland and US Airforce veteran of the Korean War.  Milton is preceded in death by his parents Carl and Stella Hatleli; wife Jean K. Hatleli and brother Donald Hatleli.  Survivors include his son Lance M. (Karon) Hatleli and daughters Julie L. (Jamie) Stapleton and Amy J. Hatleli; grandchildren Nicholas, Jessica, and Lacy Stapleton, Ian and Evan Hatleli, Shelby, Megan, John, and Matt Carter; great grandchildren Quinten, Luke, and Kane Stapleton, Collette and Brynn Rumple, Emery and Grant Hatleli.   Visitation will be Friday, August 26, 2022 11-1pm at Messiah Lutheran Church with funeral service at 1pm.  Interment to follow at Brownsburg Cemetery.
