Nancy Vera Beach

97, Indianapolis, passed away on May 21, 2024.  She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary, serving as past President of Post 65, the Indianapolis Hiking Club, and was an active member of the Wayne County Republican Party.  Nancy was a participant in numerous road races, winning several within her senior division.  She worked as a clerk for the City of Richmond and Wayne County.  Through unselfish sacrifice, commitment, and determination, Nancy (and Bob) dedicated their resources and talents to secure the family farm (first established in 1830) for future family generations.  Nancy was preceded in death by her husband Robert Beach; parents William and Vera Braden; son Ronald Beach.  Survivors include her son William (Jenien) Beach; daughters Jane (Ronald) Snyder, Laura (David) Dixon;  daughter-in-law Sue Beach; 9 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.  Visitation will be from 4 pm to 7 pm Wed. May 29 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, with funeral services there on Thurs. May 30 at 10 am.  Graveside services will follow at 1:30 pm in Earlham Cemetery, Richmond, IN.  Memorial contributions may be made to Bosma Enterprises at www.bosma.org
