Nancy J. Sutton
87, Avon, passed away on April 9, 2024.  She was devoted to her family and a loving wife of 68 years. She loved the outdoors, camping and traveling to visit her children and grandchildren. A member St. Susanna Catholic Church in Plainfield, Nancy was preceded in death by her parents Curtis and Cecelia Sheets.  Survivors include her husband Lawrence Sutton; children Kimberly (Thomas) Welch, Kevin (Lynn) Sutton, Lisa (Geoffrey) Robinson, Christopher (Colleen) Sutton, Laura (Dwayne) Leis, John (Sherri) Sutton, Donna (Benjamin) Zobrist, Julie (James) Jones; brother James Sheets; 18 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.  Visitation will be from 4 pm to 7 pm Thurs. Apr. 18 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg.  Funeral Mass will be at 10 am Fri. Apr. 19 at St. Susanna Catholic Church in Plainfield.  Burial will be in White Lick Cemetery, Monrovia.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital www.stjude.org or the America Heart Association at www.heart.org
