Opal J. Booker
Opal, age 96, was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was born 10/28/1926 in Willow Grove, TN, daughter of Charles F. Scott and Annabelle Grogan. Brothers, Troy, Hoy, Junita and Frances all preceded her death. Opal was a working mother at P.R. Mallory, Fairmont Glass Co. and Richardson Co. all in Indianapolis. She loved friends and family.  She is survived by son, Larry G. Booker, Sammamish, WA, grandsons Ryan M. Booker, Portland, OR and Aaron D. Booker, Seattle WA, along with great grandchildren, Quincy K. and Mabel R. Booker. She is also survived by cousins, nephews and other family members.  Graveside services will be 1pm Tuesday October 10 at Brownsburg Cemetery, where she will be laid to rest next to her husband George.
