Panagiotis (Pete) Avgerinos
67, Pittsboro, passed away on Jan. 12, 2018. He had worked in the restaurant industry since he was 17. He was a restaurant and business owner and operator of Elegance Family Restaurant from 1992-2008, and the owner and operator of FLAP JACKS since 2002. Survivors include his wife, Debora; daughters, Patty Avgerinos (George Lampropoulos) and Christine Barkoulas (George Barkoulas); sisters, Zaharo Villies, Tasia Villies, and Tsisevgeni Kousteni; grandchildren, Angelina, Anastasia, and Nathan. Visitation will be from 4-7pm, Mon., Jan. 15 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg with funeral service there Tues., Jan. 16 at 10am. Burial will be in Brownsburg Cemetery.
