Patricia E. Goins
75, Indianapolis, passed away June 19, 2016. She had been a customer services representative for Eli Lilly & Co. Survivors include daughters Paula (John) Hoffman and Kathy (Rick) Hall; brothers Doug (Red) Sampley and Benny Sampley; 5 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Visitation will be from 12-2pm Wed. June 22 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, with funeral services there at 2pm. Entombment will be in West Ridge Park Cemetery. Contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association www.alz.org/indiana/
