Patricia Joan Shelton, 72, died June 3, 2019. She was born September 7, 1946 in Indianapolis, IN the daughter of Francis and Doris Ebbeler. After graduating from Indiana University, she completed over 40 years as a nurse serving mostly in the OBICU. Trish enjoyed camping, planting flowers, music, and spending time with her kids and grandkids. She regularly volunteered in various church ministries serving as an original member of Kingsway Christian Church. More recently she regularly attended Connection Pointe Christian Church in Brownsburg. She is survived by her brother David (Pat) Ebbeler of Greenwood, Sons Scott (Al Russell) Shelton of Indianapolis, Matt (Monica) Shelton of Avon, and Daniel (Emily) Shelton of Westfield and daughter Beth (Brian) Moore of Fowler, IN, and six grandchildren: Mariah, Mark, Ben, Brandon, Audrey, and Isla. A visitation is scheduled at Matthews Mortuary in Brownsburg from 5-7pm on Thursday, June 6. A memorial service will also be held at Matthews Mortuary on June 7 at 10:00 a.m. with John Caldwell officiating. Memorials may be made the National Kidney Foundation at www.kidneyindiana.org
