Pearl E. Donnelly

101, Avon, passed away January 17, 2022.  She was a WWII US Army Air Corps veteran serving from 1942 to 1945.  Pearl had also worked as a sales clerk for the former W. T. Grant store in Indianapolis.  Her husband Carl Donnelly preceded her in death.  Survivors include daughters Pattie Sherrill (husband Bill) and Debbie Scheerer (husband Dean); grandchildren Tami Shinkle, Jeff Sherrill, Tiffany Faut, and Jennifer Bastin; great grandchildren Tyler Scheerer, Garrett Sherrill and Hunter Faut.  Visitation will be from 10am to 12 noon Friday January 21 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, with funeral services at 12 noon.  Burial with military honors will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, Indianapolis.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to www.indyhonorflight.org
