Peggy L. Phillips, 85, Pittsboro, passed away April 26, 2016. She had been a keypunch operator for Howard Sams Publishing Co. she was preceded in death by her husband Melvin Phillips. Survivors include children Dudley Phillips, Steven Phillips and Bradley Phillips; brother Robert Kean; 7 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Visitation will be from 10am to 12 noon Friday April 29 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, with funeral services there at 12 noon. Entombment will be in Lincoln Memory Gardens.
