Peter Joel Neuman, age, 31, Lebanon, entered into rest Friday July 22, 2016 in Witham Hospital in Lebanon. Joel is survived by his father Peter G. Neuman; mother Lisa Phillips; sister Samantha Neuman; niece Avery. A memorial gathering will be at the Brownsburg American Legion on Friday July 29 from 5-7pm. Arrangements entrusted to Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg.
