Phyllis J. Fults

83, Brownsburg, passed away August 10, 2022.  She had been a nurse at the VA Medical Center in several different states retiring after over 45 years.  She received her Bachelor's degree in nursing from Indiana University and remained a member of the IU Alumni Association.  Survivors include her brother Clyde Edward Fults; nieces Beth Morrison (Dan), Debbie Seals (Dennis); nephew Chris Schuler (Betsy); great nieces Courtney Schuler and Elsa Morrison; great nephews Bailey Schuler and Ben Morrison; granddaughter Heather Wood.  Visitation will be from 1pm to 3pm Thursday August 18 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society at www.leukemia-lymphoma.org
